Do you need access to our network or devices?
No. This is a conversation-based assessment. We don't need configuration access, credentials, or a network connection to run the workshop.
Is there an on-site visit?
Not required. The workshop can run remotely or in person, whichever your team prefers. If you want field-validated data afterward, an RF survey is a natural follow-on, scoped separately.
How long does the whole thing take?
The working session itself typically runs 45 to 60 minutes. While the readout is typically 30 – 60 mins.
What happens after the workshop?
You get the scorecard and summary; if you want us to act on the recommendation, we can scope a follow-on engagement (RF survey, procurement, deployment, etc…), but there's no obligation to continue.
Is this workshop vendor-specific?
No. The recommendation is based on your environment and needs, not on pushing a particular AP vendor or platform.
What do we need to prepare beforehand?
Nothing formal is required, though having a rough sense of AP age/vendor, site count, and any known pain points speeds up the conversation.
