Overview
The Marketing Event Coordinator works closely with partners to design and deliver events that are meaningful, memorable, and impactful. These events engage both prospective and existing customers, helping to build strong relationships and trust in our brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to plan, organize, and execute events that support company goals and customer needs.
- Curate event experiences tailored to the interests and expectations of our target audience.
- Manage all event logistics, including venue selection, catering, presenters, technology, and guest communications.
- Build and maintain relationships with partners, sponsors, and stakeholders to ensure successful events. Serve as the primary point of contact for technology partners and internal stakeholders regarding event participation, sponsorship deliverables, and funding requirements.
- Negotiate and manage contracts and service agreements with event-related vendor-partners.
- Oversee event budgets, timelines, and deliverables for high-quality execution. Leverage both the partner’s and Cypress’ investment to provide high-quality event outcomes and pipeline results.
- Collect feedback and analyze event outcomes to improve future events.
- Represent the company professionally at all events as the brand ambassador.

- Brand Representation: Consistently represent our organization’s values and culture at all events.
- Collaboration: Experience working with marketing, sales, and technical/product teams to align event objectives with business goals.
- Innovation: Creative approach to event planning, introducing new ideas and formats to enhance impact.
- Data-Driven: Skilled in collecting and analyzing event feedback to measure success and guide improvements.
- Adaptability: Able to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities or challenges.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with event management software, virtual event platforms, and digital marketing tools.
- Industry Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the technology partner/channel community, with a focus on marketing, sales, or events.
