Charlotte, NC — Cypress Technology Advisors is excited to announce that Daniel Weiss has joined the team as Vice President of Operations and Customer Experience.
Dan brings decades of industry experience, a track record of building high-performing organizations, and perhaps most importantly, a familiar face to many on the Cypress team and our industry.
A Reunion Worth Celebrating
For many of us at Cypress, this announcement isn't just exciting, it's a reunion of sorts. Dan and several members of our team know each other well, having worked together at Varrow, a company co-founded by Dan. As Dan put it, "It feels a little bit like getting the band back together."

About Dan Weiss
Dan co-founded and led Varrow, one of the most respected technology solutions providers this region has seen in decades. He is known throughout the industry not just as a sharp operator and strategic thinker, but as someone who leads with integrity, earns deep trust, and genuinely cares about the outcomes his customers achieve.
After stepping away from the industry for a couple of years, a chapter that involved, among other things, selling a business, a cross-country RV trip, and an honest attempt at retirement, Dan found himself drawn back to what he does best: building companies.

From streamlining how the team operates day-to-day, to ensuring that the right people are in the right roles, to developing the operational infrastructure that supports long-term scalability, Dan will be the steady hand that keeps the engine running smoothly as Cypress enters its next phase of growth.
Most importantly, Dan's leadership in operations and customer success will translate directly into a better experience for our customers. Going forward, Dan will also be closely involved in shaping how Cypress approaches customer success, making sure every client relationship is treated as a long-term partnership, not a transaction.
